Directions:

*Take twice daily or as needed (varies person-to-person). Use 1/4 dropper to start, taking twice daily and work up to 1/2 dropper twice per day. Take orally, lifting tongue to the top of the mouth and inserting contents of the dropper under the tongue, holding for 50 seconds, if possible. *Daily value of Hemp Oil is not established.
